Safety Centre
Voice cloning carries real responsibility. Here is exactly how SynVoice AI is built to prevent misuse.
No verified consent, no voice clone
Before we create any voice profile, you read a randomly generated phrase live, in your own browser, and declare that you have the legal right to use that voice. There is no way to upload a pre-recorded file and skip this step.
A person reviews every submission
Passing our automatic checks is not enough. A member of our team listens to each recording and approves or rejects it before your voice goes live.
Your voice belongs to you
We do not use your voice, recordings or generated content to train general-purpose models without your explicit, separate opt-in.
Delete your voice, any time
Deleting a voice removes the clone and its recording from our systems. This is a real deletion, not a hidden flag.
We don't market “clone anyone”
SynVoice AI is for your own voice, or a voice you have clear legal authority over — never for impersonating public figures, celebrities, or anyone without their consent.
Reporting misuse
If you believe your voice, or someone else's, has been cloned without authorisation on SynVoice AI, contact us immediately at support@synvoiceai.com. We take these reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
An honest note on where we are today
SynVoice AI is under active development. Each consent recording must contain a random verification number that is generated only when you start, and we transcribe the recording to confirm it was spoken — so an old recording, or one made for someone else, does not pass. We do not yet run anti-spoofing detection that can tell a live voice from a synthetic one. That is exactly why a person listens to every submission. We're open about this because trust matters more to us than appearing further along than we are, and we'll update this page as our verification gets stronger.
