What to write about
- Payment or refund. Include the date and amount, or the payment id from your Billing page. See Refunds & Cancellation.
- Your data. You can download or delete it yourself from the Account page; for anything else, write with the subject “Privacy”.
- Misuse of a voice. Subject “Report misuse”. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Bugs and ideas. Signed-in users can use the Send feedback page in the app.

For complaints, write with the subject “Grievance”. Write from the email address on your account so we can find your details.
